Mac gets his own twitter account, am i mad?

We have taken the decision to give Mac his very own twitter account, am i mad you ask? Well some will say yes and i would agree, however there is method to my Madness.  The main reason behind the @MacTheBlueStaff account is to get me started on a personal project. 

For a while i have wanted to create a website to help promote positive awareness of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed. I have owned Staffies for the best part of 20 years of my life, and have always know the breed to have such a bad reputation from the press usually based on looks alone, well i intend to use his handsome looks to help turn that reputation around 1 person at a time.

I'm more than aware of the dog being a very powerful breed and aware that in the wrong hands could be a dangerous animal, but this applies to any dog or animal for that matter, for some reason the press like to make the entire breed out to be dangerous, ask any Staffy owner and they will tell you totally the opposite, they are one of the most loving caring breeds of dogs around, excellent with humans including very small children and babies (they should always still be supervised with small children as with any animal), and excellent with other dogs if socialised properly.

Anyway Mac getting his own twitter account will allow me to build a good network of friends so i can get some good ideas and feedback for the site when i get around to building it, hes already got more friends than me and only been on there a week!!!
